A 2011 graduate of Marblehead High School, and 2015 graduate of Bates College in Maine, Josh Freedland has started his own business called Brain and Body Performance of Boston that is located at the Marblehead Fitness Center on Bessom Street. Marblehead High School senior Brittany Lydon, plays junior hockey for the Boston Shamrocks and also is a standout lacrosse player for the Magicians. Lydon runs through an exercise under the supervision of Freedland. 1/19/16.
