Peabody Kids' Bikes Impounded

Anthony Alvarado, 12, receives his bike after it being impounded because Alvarado was not wearing a helmet. Kids' bikes were taken on their way to school by the police Thursday morning and claimed at the Peabody Police Station in Peabody.
