Former Salem High football coach Bill Broderick is the state’s second-winningest coach of all-time with 304 victiories, 162 coming at the helm of the Witches. Only Brockton’s Armond Columbo has more victories than Broderick with 316. Broderick finished with a career record of 162-50-32 during his time in Salem.
