Salem: A developer has filed plans to construct three new buildings with 141 apartments along the North River Canal at the site of the old Salem Oil and Grease Factory. The factory office building at 60 Grove. St will be re-used but the other buildings will be demolished. A bridge going over the canal will be renovated and used as a new entrance off Harmony Grove Road. David Le/Salem News
