Salem: Newlyweds and Salem residents Guy Leger and LIsa Fishbone held a "recession" wedding for under $10,000 Friday evening. The ceremony was held at Old Town Hall with the reception at Finz Restaurant. They opted to have Salem Pedicabs for their transportation instead of the traditional limo.
