Last spring, the city put in a new traffic light at the intersection of Washington Street and Allen's Lane. It has caused headaches for Sotirios Korisianos and his wife Bessie. When they pull out of their driveway, they can't tell if the light is red or green and they often find that the traffic blocks their access to the driveway from the street.
