On Saturday a group of men gathered to race their model Model Yachts, a tradition at Redd's Pond in Marblehead for many years. Many people use the Marblehead Class boats, which are now imitated internationally. About 10 years ago, John Snow of Marblehead brought back the old Marblehead Class out of retirement and now many people race those, called "Vintage Marbleheads."
