Peabody:
Mayor Ted Bettencourt serves a plate of meatloaf to Cynthia Kolhonen at the Torigian Community Life Center. He was serving meals at the Peabody Council on Aging Mayors for Meals day, an effort to show support for the Meals on Wheels programs along with meals served at area councils on aging. Significant cuts have been proposed to these programs by the governor in his state budget.
