Topsfield:
Richard Mullen opens a window to get fresh air into his apartment and vent tobacco smoke smell out. He is a resident of Topsfield Housing Authority apartments who has arranged a meeting on Jan. 26 in Beverly to discuss the problem of smoking in housing authority properties. Mullen says the smoking of other residents in housing authority apartments affects the non-smoking residents.
