Dawn Coback, left, who's son, Jake, was diagnosed with autistm as a baby, and the family spent tens of thousands of dollars to pay for therepy, has started a nonprofit organization to give other families that can't afford it a chance to have the therapy. Al Amore, right, will be part of the Boston Marathon on April 20 to raise money for the organization.
