Matt Blank, left, eighth grader at the Holten-Richmond Middle School, gets suited up in firefighter gear with the help of Deputy Chief Kevin Farrell. Matt witnessed the weight and bulk of the equipment used by a firefighter when he crawled on his hands and knees and crawled under a desk in the classroom. Deputy Chief Kevin Farrell was one of the speakers at the career day at the school.
