Alan Hartnett is well known as a local car wash owner, but he's also an avid collector of political memorabilia. He is holding Ronald Reagan buttons and a large Johnson-Humphrey button. In front of him is a George Bush button, a peanut statue and license plate made for the Jimmy Carter campaign, a Barry Goldwater license plate, and a Herbert Hoover metal sign.
