Hamilton: Det. Stephen Trepanier of the Hamilton Police Department with Skip Mullin, Hamilton fire fighter/EMT give out ice-cream citations to Harry Sostek and his sister Nadia. The two departments are rewarding kids with these citations for wearing seatbelts, biking helmets, walking there bikes across the road, using cross walks. The Sostek's were with their mother Page.
