Marblehead: Charles Bridges wants to install 14 six-over-six dual pane windows to replace the old ones on his home on Middle Street in Marblehead, but the Marblehead Historical Society denied his proposal. Since December of 2007, Bridges has been filing appeals with the Historical Society and the Marblehead Selectman to reverse the decision, siting that recently, other home owners in his neighborhood have used dual pane windows when renovating their homes.
