AMY SWEENEY/Staff photo. The Salem Fire Station on Loring Ave was dedicated to Joseph A. O'Keefe, Sr. on Saturday morning. O'Keefe's wife Camille and brother Edward unveiled the plaque. Joseph O'Keefe, was a beloved city official who died in September 2015 and had a long and celebrated tenure on City Council. O’Keefe also served as state fire marshal from 1977 to 1992.
