SALEM -- Jennifer Arias of Lynn is a case manager at North Shore Elder Services in Danvers and an Army National Guard Veteran who served in Iraq. The second year Salem State University is seeking her master of social work and she will be interning for the agency, whose executive director is Paul Lanzikos.
