Wrong Trees at Salem State University

Robert Burr, the developer of the three-story building opposite of Salem State University's Sullivan building, is being fined $300 for mistakenly planting four Princeton Sentry Gingkoes instead of the approved Autumn Gold Gingkoes. Burr could face the revocation of his building permit.
