MassDEP announces funding for Ipswich River Water Association

Executive Director Wayne Castonguay addresses the crowd as the Massachusetts Department of Environmental Protection (MassDEP) announces funding for the Ipswich River Watershed Association and its coalition partners, which will be used to take water quality samples in the Ipswich, Parker and Essex rivers watersheds in Ipswich. The funding will be used to buy equipment and services, train staff, and communicate and educate the public on these issues.
