Maple sap
Ken Yuszkus/Staff photo. Ipswich Wildlife Sanctuary employee, Bill Whiting, collects sap from maple trees at Cedar Pond Reservation. The warm weather we are experiencing now has produced a higher daily yield of sap. The sap will be boiled down during activities held at the Ipswich Wildlife Sanctuary this school vacation week. 2/20/18
