Old South Cemetery sidewalk snow plowing

For the past 15 years, a concerned resident has tried to get the city of Salem to plow a portion of a sidewalk in front of Old South Cemetery, but they tell him to call the city of Peabody and Peabody responds in kind. The historic cemetery is located on Main Street/Boston Street at the city line.
