SN/MAG: Cathy's Vests for K9s

Catherine Shidler, pictured here, would thank police officers for their service and present them with a medallion of the Police Officers Prayer. A fundraiser was launched on January 5th, and in the span of 10 days it had already raised $3,830 of its initial $5,000 goal - which was to put a vest on one dog.
