Upward Bound's own Sgt. Johanny Pichardo honored in Stopping The Stigma event at Salem State University

Kim Emerling during an Upward Bound event called "Stopping The Stigma" honoring Sgt. Johanny Rosario Pichardo at the Salem State University's O'keefe Center in Salem. Sgt. Rosario Pichardo was a Marine from the community who was killed during the Afghanistan withdrawal last summer in 2021.
