Part-owner Wendy Lattof works with her sister-in-law, Kelly Lattof, at the Create & Escape art studio in Peabody. The business experienced a demand surge as schools, businesses, and others adapted to different working conditions due to the coronavirus. Since then, it has signed an eight-year lease to effectively become a leading anchor to Main Street in Peabody.
