Essex Park residents donate K-9 dog vest

Each year CareOne at Essex Parks donates money to fund a bulletproof vest for a K-9. They raised $1200 through a charity dog wash held last summer, and donated the money to Vested Interest in K9s, a nonprofit that provides vests for police dogs.
