City ordinance discouraging feeding wildlife in Salem

Citiy Councilor Andy Varela holds his son, Keanu, seven-months-old, at the Maitland Mountain Farm in Salem. Councilor Varela will be filing an ordinance with Councilor-at-Large Alice Merkl to discourage and establish fines for feeding wildlife with great reason after a coyote attack experienced by Varela's wife and son, Holly and Keanu, outside their home.
