Former head of the Massachusetts Port Authority Virginia Buckingham is acknowledged to share her story of trauma, faith, and resilience in the aftermath of 9/11 from her book called "On My Watch: A Memoir" during the launch of the North Shore Chamber of Commerce’s new women’s empowerment initiative called Thrive at the Spinelli's Function Facility in Peabody.
